Publisher: TriageDesk AI LLC · Contact: hello@zone2lift.app
Effective date: October 30, 2026

The short version
  • Version 0 has no backend, no account, no analytics and no tracking. Zone2Lift collects nothing off your device except the optional barcode lookup described below.
  • No ads and no third-party SDKs.
  • Bloodwork, hormones and glucose stay on your device. Lab import is designed to run entirely on your device (text recognition, PDF, CSV). Nothing is uploaded.
  • The optional AI coach uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models and is off by default.
  • Apple Health data is read only with your permission and is never used for advertising.
  • Coach sharing is not live yet. When it arrives it will be opt-in by category, with hormones off by default.

1. Who we are

Zone2Lift (home screen name “Z2Lift”) is an iPhone and Apple Watch app published by TriageDesk AI LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@zone2lift.app.

2. What the app works with

Zone2Lift shows, tracks and compares data that you choose to enter or allow it to read. Depending on what you use, that can include:

3. Where your data lives

This data is stored on your device. Version 0 has no backend, no account, no analytics and no tracking. Zone2Lift does not collect your data, does not send it to us or to anyone else except the optional barcode lookup described below, and we cannot see it. Bloodwork, hormone and glucose data stay on your device. Zone2Lift writes water to Apple Health by default, and food only if you turn it on. Anything it writes to Apple Health may sync through your iCloud settings. Progress photos stay on your device. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and they are not shared with a coach in this version.

4. Apple Health

Zone2Lift reads Apple Health data only after you give permission and only for the categories you allow. You can change this at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings. Health data is not sold and is not used for advertising or for data-broker purposes. Zone2Lift writes water to Apple Health by default, and food only if you turn it on. Anything it writes to Apple Health may sync through your iCloud settings.

5. Food barcode lookup

When you scan a food barcode, only the barcode number is sent to Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org) to look up the product. No account, health data or identifiers are sent with it. This lookup is on by default and you can turn it off in Settings. Label scanning is read on your device.

6. Apple Health and food

Writing food to Apple Health is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, Zone2Lift writes the dietary energy and nutrients you log to Apple Health. Reading food from other apps through Apple Health is also optional, and only happens if you choose it.

7. Bloodwork import

Lab import is designed to run entirely on your device (text recognition, PDF, CSV). Nothing is uploaded. Every value is shown for your review before anything is saved.

8. Private AI coach

The AI coach is optional and off by default. When you turn it on, it uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to write weekly summaries and “What changed?” cards that describe changes in your data. It runs on your device, and your data is not sent to us or to a cloud AI service.

9. Sharing with a coach

Coach sharing is not live yet, so in version 0 nothing is shared with a coach or anyone else. It is coming later. When it arrives it will be opt-in and chosen category by category, sharing for hormones will be off by default, and you will be able to revoke any category. We will update this policy, including how shared data is handled, before coach sharing is released.

10. Exports

You can export your data as CSV or a PDF report. Exports are created only when you ask for them. Before sending a file, check who you're sending it to and what it contains. We can't control how a file is handled after you share it.

11. Tracking, ads and analytics

We do not track you. Zone2Lift contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs, and we do not sell your data.

12. Security

Your data stays on your device, and an optional Face ID lock is planned. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and keeping your device protected is part of keeping your data safe.

13. Deleting your data

You can delete Zone2Lift's data by deleting the app. Data stored in Apple Health stays there until you remove it in Apple Health. Data you already exported or shared is not removed.

14. Children

Zone2Lift is for people aged 17 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly provide it to anyone under 17.

15. Your rights

Because we do not collect your data, we do not hold personal data about you to access, correct or delete. For any privacy question or request, email hello@zone2lift.app.

16. Third-party names

Apple, Apple Watch, Apple Health, Face ID, TestFlight, Dexcom, Libre, Stelo, Omron, Oura, MyFitnessPal, MacroFactor, Cronometer, Lose It! and other product names belong to their owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Data from those services reaches Zone2Lift only through Apple Health or your own entry, and those services have their own privacy policies.

17. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date.

18. Not medical advice

Not medical advice. Not a medical device. Zone2Lift shows the numbers and ranges you or your coach set, and training-zone estimates. Talk to a qualified professional about any health decision.

19. This website

This website uses no analytics and sets no cookies. We have not turned on Cloudflare Web Analytics or any other analytics tool for it. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, as web hosts do. If you email hello@zone2lift.app, for example to join the TestFlight list, we use your email address and message only to reply or to send you a TestFlight invite, and we delete them on request.
